A. Feel free to reach out via email, phone, or even Instagram! Your first consultation is free of charge. We are happy to meet you in person or conduct consultations online through Zoom, Skype, or similar platforms.
Q. I haven’t decided on a plot of land or a tenant yet. Can I still consult with you?
A. Absolutely! If you wish, we can assist you from the very beginning, including searching for land or a tenant. We will visit potential sites together and provide advice from an architect's perspective.
Q. How much should I expect to pay for design and site supervision fees?
A. It depends on the scale of the project, but for new residential construction, the design and site supervision fees are typically 10–15% of the total construction cost. (The minimum design fee starts at ¥4,000,000 excluding tax.)
For store interiors, the design and site supervision fees are also expected to be 10–15% of the total construction cost. (The minimum design fee starts at ¥1,500,000 excluding tax.)）
Q. What areas do you serve?
A. We actively undertake projects throughout Japan and are also open to international assignments. Please note that for locations outside the greater Tokyo metropolitan area, travel expenses may be charged depending on distance and transportation costs (subject to discussion).
Q. In which languages do you offer your services?
A. Our services are available in Japanese and English, and we can also accommodate French and Italian upon request.

Q. How many meetings are included, and in what format?
A. There are no specific limits on the number of meetings. We will hold as many detailed discussions as necessary to meet your needs.
