Q.How can I make an inquiry?
A. Feel free to reach out via email, phone, or even Instagram! Your first consultation is free of charge. We are happy to meet you in person or conduct consultations online through Zoom, Skype, or similar platforms.
Q.土地やテナントもまだ決まっていない状況ですが、ご相談に載って頂けるのでしょうか？
A.もちろんです！ご希望であれば、土地探しやテナント探しからお手伝いいたします。お客様とともに候補地を訪ね、建築士の視点からアドバイスいたします。
Q. I haven’t decided on a plot of land or a tenant yet. Can I still consult with you?
A. Absolutely! If you wish, we can assist you from the very beginning, including searching for land or a tenant. We will visit potential sites together and provide advice from an architect's perspective.
Q.設計料・現場監理費はいくらぐらいを想定すればよろしいでしょうか?
A.規模にも寄りますが、新築住宅の設計料・現場監理費は総工費の8～15％を想定しています。（最低設計料は400万円（税抜）から）
店舗インテリアの設計に関しても同じく設計料・現場監理費は総工費の8～15%を想定しています。（最低設計料は120万円（税抜）から）
Q. How much should I expect to pay for design and site supervision fees?
A. It depends on the scale of the project, but for new residential construction, the design and site supervision fees are typically 8–15% of the total construction cost. (The minimum design fee starts at ¥4,000,000 excluding tax.)
For store interiors, the design and site supervision fees are also expected to be 8–15% of the total construction cost. (The minimum design fee starts at ¥1,200,000 excluding tax.)

A.日本国内、または海外でも積極的に対応いたします。
※ ただし首都圏以外は、距離や交通費に応じて、出張費用を御請求させて頂くことがあります。（応相談）
Q. What areas do you serve?
A. We actively provide services throughout Japan and overseas as well. Please note that for areas outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, we may charge additional travel expenses depending on the distance and transportation costs. (This is negotiable.)

A.日本語・英語にて対応いたします。
お客様に海外の方がいらしても、全て英語で打ち合わせ可能ですので、お気軽に御連絡ください。
Q. What languages do you support?
A. We provide services in both Japanese and English. If your are from overseas, we can conduct all meetings in English, so feel free to contact us.
Q.打ち合わせ回数や方法は？
A.特に回数制限は設けておりません。必要に応じて細かく打ち合わせしていきます。
Q. How many meetings are included, and what are the methods?
A. There are no specific limits on the number of meetings. We will hold as many detailed discussions as necessary to meet your needs.
