伊藤建築都市設計事務所は2018年から東京・横浜を拠点に活動を行う建築事務所です。僕らは新築の住宅からリノベーション、外構、店舗内装、家具まで多岐にわたってデザインを実践していて、プロジェクトエリアは現在進行中のものを含め東京から沖縄、果ては北米までに渡ります。
「環境」
建築は自然や都市などの周辺環境と共存し、互いに良好な環境を形成することができます。自然とつながるような空間を作るだけでなく、グローバリズム、過密な大都市、人口減少社会や地球温暖化等の諸問題に対し、その場所に応じて解決策を提示できます。
「コミュニティ」
建築はコミュニティの形成に寄与できると考えます。人々が集まり共有しあえる場を提供し、新たなつながりを生み出すことができます。
「記憶」
建築は土地の記憶を継承します。古代から残る遺跡や中世の建築がそうであるように、建築はかつての人々の生活や出来事を現代にも伝え、未来へとつなぐ役割を担います。都市や既存建物の歴史・文脈を読み取り、空間構成や構造、素材などで表現します。
「DX」
これらを実現するために僕らはDXを積極的に推し進め活用します。AI、CG技術、コンピュテーショナルデザインなどを駆使することで、効率的かつ明快に、ユニークな形でデザインを提供します。
僕らは建築を通して、人々に喜びや楽しみ、自分たちのアイデンティティや文化、自然を感じられる場を作りたいと思っています。
Ito Architecture Associates is an architectural firm based in Tokyo and Yokohama since 2018. We engage in a wide range of design projects, from new residential buildings to renovations, landscaping, commercial interiors, and furniture. Our project areas span from Tokyo to Okinawa and even North America, including ongoing developments.
"Environment"
Architecture can coexist with its surrounding environments, such as nature and urban settings, to create mutually beneficial conditions. Beyond making spaces that connect with nature, we propose site-specific solutions to global challenges like globalization, overcrowded cities, shrinking populations, and climate change.
"Community"
We believe architecture can contribute to forming communities. It provides spaces where people can gather, share experiences, and foster new connections.
"Memory"
Architecture inherits the memory of a place. Just as ancient ruins and medieval buildings convey the lives and events of past civilizations, architecture plays a role in connecting history to the present and future. We interpret the history and context of cities and existing buildings, expressing them through spatial configurations, structures, and materials.

To achieve these goals, we actively embrace and utilize digital transformation. Leveraging AI, CG technology, and computational design, we deliver designs that are efficient, clear, and uniquely innovative.
Through architecture, we aim to create spaces that bring people joy, comfort, and serenity, while allowing them to connect with their identity, culture, and nature.
